Are Gully Labs sneakers true to size?
Most customers should take their usual size . If you are between sizes, use the size chart on the product page and choose based on foot length rather than guessing. Gully Labs already provides model-specific size charts in UK sizing.
How to clean Gully Labs sneakers?
We don’t recommend putting your Gullys in the washing machine. If they get dirty, it’s better to use a brush and a mild cleaning solution and allow them to dry naturally.
Do sneakers need a break-in period?
A short break-in period is normal, especially on leather or more structured pairs. The upper, insole, and shape usually start settling after a few wears.
Can I try on a pair before buying and get it customized ?
Absolutely ! You can get your pair customised at our flagship store in Panchsheel Park, New Delhi. We also have partner stores in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Delhi. Walk in and we'll take it from there.
How do I check my order or delivery status?

Yes , the sneakers are handcrafted, with select pairs featuring hand-stitched and hand-finished details completed by seasoned artisans.
If my feet are broad will the same size fit me?
If you have broad feet, your usual shoe size should still fit. If you prefer extra room around the toe area, we recommend our 001 collection
