Most customers should take their usual size . If you are between sizes, use the size chart on the product page and choose based on foot length rather than guessing. Gully Labs already provides model-specific size charts in UK sizing.

How to clean Gully Labs sneakers?

We don’t recommend putting your Gullys in the washing machine. If they get dirty, it’s better to use a brush and a mild cleaning solution and allow them to dry naturally.

Do sneakers need a break-in period?

A short break-in period is normal, especially on leather or more structured pairs. The upper, insole, and shape usually start settling after a few wears.

Can I try on a pair before buying and get it customized ?

Absolutely ! You can get your pair customised at our flagship store in Panchsheel Park, New Delhi. We also have partner stores in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Delhi. Walk in and we'll take it from there.

Here is my "3 rupees" review/advise for the jersey I ordered and my experience with Gully Labs so far. Not sure if anyone is even going to read this, but I really thought of writing you guys an email anyway if this was not shared.

tl;dr -- 1. Shipping partner is a disaster; 2. Shoes sizing is not reliable; 3. Products are insanely good, unique, and statement maker.

in-depth review:I have so far placed 2 orders with Gully Labs so far, and for both the shipping is insanely bad. My first order took more than a month to close, and second order took more than 10 days to close. For my first order (shoes, baazs parni) since handcrafted, and were made to order, I can accept it will take time, but more than a month was not something I was expecting. Eventually, after 10+ phone calls and whatsapp messages, I was finally made to settle with women shoes for the size I was asking for instead of mens shoes I wanted to order. In all the other brands, I wear like Nike, Puma, etc, I would buy size 9, but for some reason I need to buy size 8 in Gully Labs. The second order were these two jerseys, for jerseys, I wasn't hoping the order to take this much time, yet it took more than I expected and more than what you guys post as 'estimated delivery date'. Since I knew I had my previous stint of late delivery, I took 2 months buffer for the estimated delivery date.

That being said, I love that shoe, and it is one of my favorites. This jersey I am yet to see and test, but my sister who accepted the order wore it, and I am pretty satisfied and have full confidence that it will be great.

which is very similar to what you guys are selling, so I am excited to compare your item against it. Lets see.

Keep up the good work, I am extremely impressed with the products being offered through the website, and I am excited about what new things which will come. I saw the Shark Tank episode, and I am very happy that what I expect from this brand to eventually become aligns with what the Founders of this company have in their plans. My excitement even though the above mentioned problems are a testament that products being offered are far better than the existing problems.
