Most customers should take their usual size . If you are between sizes, use the size chart on the product page and choose based on foot length rather than guessing. Gully Labs already provides model-specific size charts in UK sizing.
How to clean Gully Labs sneakers?
We don’t recommend putting your Gullys in the washing machine. If they get dirty, it’s better to use a brush and a mild cleaning solution and allow them to dry naturally.

A short break-in period is normal, especially on leather or more structured pairs. The upper, insole, and shape usually start settling after a few wears.
Can I try on a pair before buying and get it customized ?

At first, I was drawn to these shoes because of the color and design. But what made me want them so strongly was also the story behind them, and the pride and quality control of Gully Labs as a brand that produces its shoes entirely in India with skilled craftspeople at its own factory.
The official online store does not ship to Japan, and my size was already sold out. Still, I wanted this pair so much that I contacted customer support. To my surprise, your team even considered reproducing the stock for this opportunity, and also helped make it possible to deliver the shoes to my hotel while I was traveling in India.
